Casey Clem
Founder and CEO
They say nobody ever grows up wanting to be an insurance agent. Casey Clem certainly didn’t want to be! He wanted to be a professional baseball player, but knee surgery in high school ended any dreams of warming the bench for his hometown San Diego Padres. A 2-year mission for his church at the age of 19 helped him discover the joy of helping people, and after attending Brigham Young University he began a career helping seniors with final expense insurance.
While working with seniors was incredibly rewarding, Casey ultimately wanted to offer a full service to families by providing home and auto insurance. In 2018 Clem Insurance Group was created in Hot Springs Village, AR. Since then it has grown to ensure families across the state. We’ve continued to help seniors with Medicare along the way. Our drive is to provide world-class customer service and bring the insurance experience into the digital age.

Sigrid Villamor
Customer Support
Sigrid or ‘Sig’ as she likes to be called, actively works in organizations that are focused on public service. She has been part of various socio-civic groups since 2014 which has reinforced her dedication to a life of active service. Her love for serving the community-led her to Clem Insurance Group where we focus on helping people through insurance in the best way possible. While Sig lives and works from the Philippines, her presence is felt throughout Arkansas as she helps scores of customers with her warm smile, exceptional courtesy, and impeccable service.
If she’s not busy with work, she’s most probably watching movies with family and friends or working on the academic requirements for her master’s program in public management.
